In 1964, the business changed its name to the Cascade Corporation. Afterward in 1965, the company went public with a preliminary offering of 200,000 shares of common stock. Since then the business has expanded its manufacturing services throughout the continental US to the locations Warner Robins Georgia to go along with its already present plants in Springfield, Denton and Portland, Oregon. Cascade products are manufactured worldwide due to numerous subsidiary operations. In 1994, a new plant was accomplished in Almere, the Netherlands which is Cascade's European control center.
